I think it was a harlequin. It was this girl who was poor in a town and she was best friend with a rich girl in town. Her best friend had an older brother who she is in love with. But the older brother tries to hold back. So the rich girl had this boyfriend who is a playboy and had gambling debts. But the rich girl likes him. The rich girl wants to convince her older brother about him and told the female lead to ask him. So the FL went to ask him and said fine but she had to be there. She wore the black mini dress and he’s like you always wear that dress and she’s like it’s the only one I have. Eventually the playboy makes a move on her and the rich girl thinks it’s her and her bf cheating and made up a lie about them sleeping together . They found out that the FL didn’t and it was a big misunderstanding, the rich girl and the brother try to find her but she already sold her house and moved. At the end she was stabbed and they were able to bring her back from the city to the farm. The brother confessed and the girl accepted and they start to the thing. The ML has a scar. Also there were brothers who were twins but weren’t really important in the storyline.
