Read a few chapters, and it's a no for me. The plot is just silly, and associates having "multiple personalities" purely with being a criminal. The MC also determining that the cannibal must be someone with bulimia... eh? It's not good on a factual level, it's not good on a criminal investigation level and the plot is so illogical that it's not good on a psychological thriller level either. Am surprised it's seinen, seems more like something for a shounen magazine.
