Only other way I've noticed is through the category search (for instance here http://www.mangago.me/genre/Doujinshi/?f=1&o=1&sortby=update_date&e= )

Seems kinda unpractical though since you would have to dig through to find the work

That's too bad :/ didn't want to do that bc the manga I wanna check only has "yaoi" as a genre lol
