    There's nothing special happened. It's just Yeonjin's wife and son visit the house of Moonhyuk. But in chapter 32 they have sex I bet Moonhyuk got jealous when Yeonjin left with that friend of his so he left the hospital and go to Yeonjin by a surprise you can tell in that chapter that they have feelings for each other.
