Nice but unrealistic. The seme is clearly the heir to a wealthy family. He's fooling around with a bunch of women and his mothers sick of it. So instead of forcing him to marry a girl in an arranged marriage she gets him a male sex doll which he falls in love with.
If this story has any kind of extra to it the mother would then try and force an arranged marriage but the seme refuses because of the uke. The only logical way this could end happy is if the uke was turned female somehow or the seme has a younger brother who will take over the family instead.
