No I think they’re talking about this one manga with Siblings and the younger ( I think?) sister teachers him how to dress. It doesn’t have much of a plot but it’s kind of connected?

So i forgot what title for this manga, it's about fashion sense. the mc is the big brother and have little sister. The manga make us learn about basic knowledge/trends and fashion.
