I kind of erased everything off my memory but I think it goes something like:

She finds out that Wataru is actually adopted and that he has always liked her. So she’s stuck in a sticky situation because she likes Arata but at the same time she doesn’t want to hurt Wataru (how typical). But she does end up with Arata and what makes it a little funny is that when they meet Arata’s mom, she kind of confirms that Arata’s dad might be Wataru’s dad meaning that they are step-brothers lol
In my opinion, this manga had potential but I’m not particularly into the brother trope

No wonder arata and wataru don't get well together. But thank god this isn't incest. (yeah wataru is kind of brother figure of her but still)
