I mean i get that people are annoyed, i usually get annoyed when theres a misunderstanding that seems to drag on. But usally in those cases, theres never really a good reason for the misunderstanding, its just there to drag out the plot. In this case, it actually makes sense. Duroa in her mind, never really treated the Nocton affectionately. Why should she suddenly start to open up? Its very clear that she actually DISLIKES him, so why would she try to take effort to smooth everything up? Also you can see that she has a reason to actually be scared of nocton, why would she approach Nocton more than needed?
In other stories where we all get annoyed, usually they both have positive feelings towards each other already but there are so many negative feelings here. No one would naturally start talking about what they truly feel. It makes sense so i am not annoyed by this. In that sense, this webtoon is good because it doesnt follow a cliche.
