Update notifications are not only limited to new chapters added. Mangago will also send a notification when
(1) blurry chapters/pages have been replaced
(2) chapters/pages that contain nonmanga related ads were removed
(3) missing chapters/pages were added
(4) duplicate chapters/pages were removed
(5) chapters/pages not in order were corrected
Sometimes... But, after a while when I recheck... I found them updated.
