I think it depends on the readers itself. Some dropped it because of the rape(happened twice, the second one made the MC pregnant). Some likes it because there's a 'redemption' and because the story showed the ML being a good husband and a father later on. As for me, I stopped reading it.

There's no redemption arc, the Alpha just decides to abandon the Omega, it's pretty much just unhealthy trauma bonding.

I am sorry but one of the reply says , ML abandoned the omega it made me laugh . ML left for good cuz he thought he was just a bother to MC , he doesn't deserve him .
