I kinda forgot some description of the story but the memory has been itching my mind the whole day... so from what I can remember,
The og female lead is a brat kid and gets whatever she wants, not sure if this is a transmigated manhwa.
The female lead's father is in some sort of illegal trafficking business. The story is about the mc living in a crappy apt full of shady tenants and he owns a mini convenience store within the complex. He also obsesses the male lead which is the owner of the said apt and often masturbates to the thought of him. I think that the ml caught him masturbating while holding his jacket that he left. Btw mc has a sick mother and eventually succumbs to X cuz the medication kepts getting more and more expensive and he can barely pay the rent which I think leads to him having sexual intercourse w the ml.

The one getting chased now finally realized he loved the dude but then the chaser dude felt like his efforts are in vain so he stopped liking yk drama blah blah.
