Or, Only Hope, but the ML isn't yandere-ish from what I remember, might not fit what you're looking for. Maybe, if you don't mind that it's not modern, you might like How to Survive as a Maid in a Horror Game. The ML fits your criteria I would say. Or a manga, Hotaru no yomeiri, though the ML isn't really calm, more crazy.
