I couldn't understand why almost no one was bothered by most smut parts. I hate it when yaoi books are written as if it's a universe where daily shit is forbidden. How can it be done in a row without even ignoring the need for daily shit? I can't say I liked it much, except for the parts towards the end.
it made me feel like i was watching a teenage netflix series. falling in love with your best friend's dad... if i really lived this story in real life, definitely i would have acted differently. besides, i think the story is a bit rushed, though. i'd love to read about the development of the characters because it doesn't sit in our heads when it ends like this.
