I really appreciated them focusing on her parents a little bit here. Max her father really had his own struggles with having to raise her and I loved seeing his growth. The self reflection in this chapter was so good and can I just say WOWWW how handsome he looks. His determination to be a good father and a good person for Clarisse is so admirable and he loves her so much. Him thinking she's crying bc she's hurting nearly made me tear and cry. I enjoyed their reunion here. Lovely chapter.

I feel like the art in these last several chapters as the story is wrapping up, is on another level! It was already very good but lately the characters look incredible. The Duke and Duchess looked so soft and lovely, ethereal. Noah has grown so much and is so handsome >.< Clarisse also looks so beautiful, growing into a confident woman!!
Oh my GOODNESS. I believe that Eustis would follow through on killing himself but I feel it didn't fully happen. He was always troubled and Isabella was his lifeline. Unfortunately he wasn't able to hold on with a child and give that love and although I know Nasar will worship the ground Philomel walks on - it will never quite fill the absence of parental affection. The damage done is so deep. I feel for her and I loved chapters 116 and 117 because we finally get her thinking through what was done to her. Philomel addresses the trauma and ultimately made a decision. Leguin, I like him but I don't feel the love there as I wish Eustis would love her. I pity Eustis who was born into a world to be alone, hurt his "own child" and failed them, and doomed to leave the world alone. He looked so beautiful in despair and groveling. I do want redemption for him however his sins are great, I'm torn.
Jay looks soooo good in that flashback with the longer hair, the shades, the suit, the cold disinterested attitude. And then the Army uniform?!? Good lord....

I'm really enjoying the author actually having a top go through hell like this. Mokyeon deserves it but ofc, I hope he starts thinking clearly and gets himself together. He needs to do some more reflection. No more pity party!! But has some good friends to check on him. Gosh he's such a pretty boy. Even all beat up and depressed, his face card is insane. And Nanjo is so good for holding his boundary, I mean Nanjo said if you want forgiveness then I don't want to see you again! MK just can't grasp the situation. *Sigh* I love this.
Hate to say it but dang, Demon Lord Reed aka Dark Teselid is so fine, *phew.
I like how Jinwoo feels unreliable, it really adds a lot to this story. Because a big focus is on the mystery of Gyuwon but Jinwoo is just as odd. I love it. Really have no idea how things are going to go and it's so refreshing.
