I'm dropping this it was good at the first few chapters but then a love interest was introduced like I was expecting that it would be about the struggle and challenges of the mc while protecting and helping the empress and the fact that she has a "suspicious" background that would further hinder her protecting the empress if she is caught
So like in all the story was good at first but personally adding a love interest or ml is a （￣へ￣）for me

He barely appears, I'm okay with it. It keeps the dynamic between her and the empress healthy. If parhesa's goals and interests in life were only the empress it would go from being her life's mission to an all consuming obsession. Yet the romance interest never takes the protagonist of the story nor is their relations ever put as a central conflict. Now the central conflict will be dumanis' crown pincess.
