Spoiler is, he's the villain, according to novel. He'll told everyone who's Yeon real mother is that'll make entire murim Yeon and her father enemy. His excuse was he's loves her that's why he did..so he can make sure the father is dead and Yeon is alone again so he can monopolize her.
I'll enjoy being delulu and holding on to the hope he wont betray her these chapters until he reveals himself xd its an interesin take on the trope, I'll suffer through it but I kind of like it

Maybe the author don't want or unable to continue this work any longer so they cut it off?
I know drawing all these panels for every episodes must've took lots of effort but some of the panels are rather poorly drawn, some even felt like they just slapped on assets on it
