Interval fasting (there are different kinds so you have to test out what works for you ) I do 16/8
16h:eating nothing only drinking water
8h: eat 1big meal and 1smal meal and 1snack time
calorie deficit
someone said to me that eating after 9pm is not good for ur digestive system and i dont eat dinner.....thats what i do.... sorry i dont know much

Uhh well I did loose about 4-5kg In a year by reducing my food intake (aka rice) without exercising, well I do walk to school so Ig I exercise a bit? ;w;
Don't skip any meals. It's not healthy. Try eating smaller portions and have healthy snacks when you're hungry (fruit for example). Exercise helps a great deal too. I used to swim 3 times a week for 1 hour. And you know, the usual stuff like don't eat fastfood, chips, cookies, candy... drink a lot of water (1.5 liters a day).
Be happy ,do exercise daily and eat healthy food that's it .You are sexy and good looking always remember that .At last but not the least be confident. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
This one is most effective for me, i do this. And then every week i reduce the meal. Making my appetite get used to smaller portion. Dont suddenly reduce your intake, make your body get used to it slowly. Its all about routine as well.
I did but not in an unhealthy way cause when your not eating your body will start to take the Energie of the fat reserves of your body. Interval fasting is also good for your digestive system prevents diabetes and other stuff

DRINK ALOT OF WATER TO FILL YOUR STOMACH.
1. drink water before breakfast then drink water again but moderately, after eating. this will help you minimize your food intake.
2. decide which time of the day will you have a heavy meal; either breakfast or lunch. then eat lesser during dinner or drink something like milk to at least fill your stomach.
3. if you get hungry some time of the day/in between meals, drink water or eat fruit.
honestly, if you drink water you'll realize you're actually more thirsty than hungry. so always prepare a huge bottle of water. if you run out, don't be lazy to refill.
Wow thx a lot guyss. Yeah I've tried diet before but I get lose hope before since I know girl doesn't losing weight easily like boys do. Waa I got insecure when my brother losing so much weight in a really short time btw tqq againn
I don't know much but he said he's fasting like every day for the first week. Then he do some exercise for 30 minutes in the morning and evening. U can search it on youtube easy workout at home for beginner. He doing this everyday. Then he cut off the sugar and drink green tea everyday. Huhu that's all I know
I do that to it’s not bad but if u can’t handle it jus drink water or any drink so u don’t pass out
You should also poop everyday.
