Is everyone fucking depress and suicidal or something? Why's almost all the fucking popular manga so depressing and fuckup?

HELP ! (I am not seeking attention just help)
Hey all (this might be out of this website topic, but i have nowhere to share this as an anonymous except for here, stick with me a sec please)
Some of my dreams come true, i noticed when i was 11, i started writing them every day and when one happens i go through the notebook and find it, sometimes if it was a bad situation i would try to change the out come by doing something odd.
6 years ago i had a dream that my father shot me in the chest in a place i did not recognize, it had this huge sapce and wide windows that our house at that time did not have.
After that dream with only 2 years we moved house, and i saw it, the windows and the same space i got shot in.
I cant live with my father, i hate him, whenever i recall it i get scared and i fear when will this moment come, to be honest even thinking about it makes me cry and now while writing it i am crying.
Even if no one read it
