if you click on a manga and are on the page where you can see what the rating is and all of the general infos like author and latest chapters etc. you can see a flag on the far left that you have to click (if you really cant see it then idk man)

Now we can't do the Suujin's way smh. Hope there is some other way to upload a new manga/manhwa on here now. This is because they changed the uploading options
