Since so many people seem to think trauma is an excuse for stagnation, it isn’t. Trauma doesn’t make whining not whining- a behaviour is a behaviour regardless of the context. Sure, her insecurities are justified, but it doesn’t justify planting your head in the ground.
og comment: really hope this insecurity isn’t something that will perpetuate until the last chapter or near the end, it’s so much more interesting to read a story of growth than constant whining
