I hate the stupid love triangle trope when one option is so much better and makes more sense than the other. This type of story only enforces and romanticises unhealthy manipulative relationships.

This is genuinely a masterpiece. I have never read something to intricately written and drawn, every line is premeditated, every plot device evenly balanced.
I a bit “judge a book by its cover” person and i came into this completely blind, thinking it was merely a generic love triangle story. I was hugely mistaken. I binged read this till late at night. Im hooked, im devastated, im shocked, im anxious, im…..thrilled. This itching sensation i get from every panel, every carefully thought out character expression. Its addictive.
This author will come far, no doubt. But how far they’ll go solely depends on how this story ends. At the end of each chapter i was asking myself s different question about how it will end.
The story about an anxious stockholm victim who doesn’t realise he pushes people away. A child trauma victim who yearns for a sense of individual normalcy, but acts on that desire with violence and sickening mind games. And a troubled kid, who has been thickening a line between himself and his unrequited love all for that love’s sake for 7 years, going against what he knows is right for the fear he will be rejected.
This is beautiful. This is euphoric. This is perfectly imperfect.
