Well, I did some research... it calls in Korean 청춘은 흐른다, which is "Youth Goes By" in English. I also found the name - it's two people. I believe one is the writer ant the other is the artist. The names are 바트 로그아웃, I don't understand Korean, but I can read it (so it's just a guess), the artist is Log Out and here is a link to their twitter account https://twitter.com/noranbit?s=09 .
And the author is Bat.
