Everyone argue about the art but the story itself has a problem. Thought feel a bit weird at first.
I thought Se-han go back to en empty house after the kidnapping (chapter 39). And tries to hide it from his mother and that is why he change his name in the first place (Chapter 40)
But chapter 68 said his mother and grandmother knows about the kidnapping?
Is this manhwa/manga from the novel or not? Cause if not, clearly the second artist didn't read the previous chapters. Not just the art but the story itself change.
I'm grateful the second artist pick this up but please read the previous chapters first before continue. It's kind of mess up the flow.
I believe he lied to the investigator. Mainly because of his feelings on the entire situation, to coming home and no one being there. Being that he is a celebrity and this info/ his statement might get out. He’s taking on more of the burden again and trying to protect his family that sadly wasn’t there. I’m sure his character is thinking about the possibility of backlash or negative things being said about his mom specifically “Not knowing the ordeal her son went through” it’s honestly a said situation

So, it just a matter of lack of explanation. Cause the art is definitely didn't show it. Like any hesitation went he's lying. The art look flat and lack of emotions. So, it's hard to grasp what winter feel when he talk about the kidnapping.
He lied, he feels embarrassed and small for not having anyone miss his presence when he was gone for two whole days. It has been many years and he is just unpacking it with his therapist. This happened at a very awkward time for him, he can now speak about it but he still hasn't sorted how he feels about his mom's neglect. May be read it twice before going off on the artist.
Yes, the art isn't as good but don't bash the artist for it.

Actuallythe artists did explain ( the detective writing hand sake after he lied indicated she already know the story. Remember the police alreadycalled his mom first). I do agreed the new stlye feel flat compared the before but I dont think it as downgred it just the previous one is more expressive and we just alrady so attached

I'm not a fan of Miyata nor Sakuma but I do know them. They a real life idol/otaku in Japan.

In chapter 71, the first few page shows the cut is on the right hand but later in that chapter, there is no trace of blood on mc's hand. And in chapter 72, why mc's knee need to be cast?
