This is in no way to stand for Seunghos behavior. But we often obsess or have a crush on people we like to be. I think Seungho got his innocence robbed from a very young age and we even see a chapter where he talks about how he feels like his younger self whenever he is with Nakyum. It´s like when he was taken back to that time. Jihwa is more like fuel to the fire as he has been with Seungho through that hellish past. He is like a pillar for the memories so as someone who doesn't appreciate his past and everything that has to do with it, its hard to love that person back. Its as if he tries to run away from it emotionally as possible. He still has a physical relationship with Jihwa but its also a way to numb the pain from the past. As for Nakyum - he is completely pure innocence. He talks whats on his mind without hidden meaning or wanting something in return, at least the first few chapters. We can see that's what Seungho liked the most about him and his pure innocent naive gazes when he watched the sex scenes he should've depict for the lord. He is pure naiveness and kindness. Subconsciously, Seungho wanted to have that feeling back. Nakyum calms him in every way possible, or at least he is the person that could get through him when he would open his mouth. He feels calm whenever Nakyum hugs him, caresses him or hold his hands. What is it if its not pureness? Seungho got obsessed over this feeling of being purely loved (first sex scene). Even if Nakyum intended the words to Inhun. Once he tasted heaven, now he cant get enough of it. Its the highest feeling he got. To the point of stopping drinking and taking opium. Remember the time when they first had sex and Seungho looked genuinely playful and lighthearted for few chapters. He was also more gentle. I guess he stopped drinking and having sex with others at that point. Because Nakyum could give it to him without those things. It's like he filled this hole without drugs or sex. Sadly, the lord doesn't understand it himself so he fucks it up a 100 times in a row. Seungho is a fucked up guy who searches for innocence. While Nakyum is a innocent guy who searches for the fucked up. Or at least that's what society tells them. Sodomy is fucked up to them. In some way they match and fill up each other.
