I don’t think it was a “rape” plot, it’s obvious that the MC was being sexually abused and her actions are showing the result of her being sexually abused by wanting to find someone like her abuser. It really does happen in real life

not her abuser. The s*xual abuser was her stepdad; her real "papa" abandoned her and her mother. That's why she's in a trance to find smn kind like her real dad that let her.
It’s not a “rape” plot though? Yes, she was sexually abused but it doesn’t mean the plot surrounded that? In my opinion, i think this was a clear case of a girl with daddy issues. She did fantasize about her prince charming but even that idea was surrounded around her real father, even in the end she mentioned only needing her papa, and as for takigawa, she was only attracted to him due to his kindness or something (sorry i’ve forgotten how she described him), which could represent qualities she would want in a father, she also mentioned how her dad only loved her. unlike takigawa, which lead to all her attachment towards taikgawa disappear. To put it shorter, it’s about a girl struggling with her dad’s abandonment and looking for a guy that could mayhap “replace” him and give her the affection she’s been craving for since she lacked that thorough her life.
Was it really necessary to make a "r@p3 plot" oml it's disgusting. Okay ending tho..

I agree. There could have been a warning or even just implied it there was NO reason to show that fucking scene
It was very obvious from the start, you must be really dense
