Usagi from sailor moon. I know she is a 13 year old love obsessed idiot so she's supposed to come off that way, mostly for comedic effect, but that doesn't mean she's any less annoying. The new anime has her being less annoying but she's still annoying.

no offense, i hate touka's character. in tg, she has that girl-power and i really liked her for that. but after kaneki gone missing, she became weak. and how sensei potrays her character now, i have serious problem with touka's character.
