I thought there would be a longer little arc of Jjk being a dog and desperate because of all the things he did to Dan, and I would’ve liked to see Dan be a little more hateful or atleast dominating but I liked it nevertheless, J’s crying face was really cute

I’m barely on ch4 so maybe it’s too early to say anything but I don’t understand how dying is his wish ? Like it’s not a genuine want and more like initial premise right?
I mean he actively defends himself, impatient to die but doges when the girl attacks him; so he’s reacts reflexively instead of letting it happen and asks to be left alone because he feels it’d be a waste for someone he doesn’t think can kill him attack him? So he’s selective right? And he’s more just lost than actually wanting to die?
