I was expecting this to be just a pretty basic contractual marriage story with a shitty ML who gets forgiven too easily by a dumb/weak female lead. But I actually found myself becoming immersed in the world-building and their relationship. It’s definitely toxic in the beginning, but it fully embraces and acknowledges this. The female lead learns and becomes strong enough to stand on her own while the male lead is able to work through his trauma to be able to genuinely love her. Not to mention the art is beautiful and the story progresses at a rate that makes sense while still being interesting and suprising! I really enjoyed this story and I definitely recommend it.

This really has the potential to be one of the best villainess manwhas out there seriously. From the art, to the story, to the characterization you can tell how much love the author put into it. Praying for the authors recovery and I really hope she can come back for both the fans and herself! Until then (or even if it never happens) please take care
