Shuraka will kill you in most imaginative way(￣∇￣")
He's only sweet with Tei, he hates everyine else.

That’s what I noticed too. As a child his smiles and innocent gaze towards Tei all fooled us to thinking Shuraka is harmless. I may have think that he already killed his own father even before he sent Tei back to Leracal, how else could he have the authority to sealed the gates of Arnata if the Padisha or the Emperor is still alive? Remember the body of the Padisha was found without a head after Tei departed back to Leracal? Shuraka killed his own father to trigger the fight for the throne amongst brothers and he did it when he was just a child all to make himself the next ruler and Tei the Sultana and Empress of Arnata.

I’m ready to die if it means that I can have at least 1 second with this beauty anything for Tei (sorry Shuraka)

Ok I just read BWAT’s post. She said the season 2 will focus on Shuraka’s perspective and the 12 years past when Tei wasn’t around and how Shuraka became the most tyrant Emperor in history of Arnata that became known as the River of blood era. So we can expect flashbacks of 12 years of fight for throne in season 2

I'm really curious of what happened with him. It seems Cheol is still oblivious about him 14y later. If he is one of Cheol's drinking buddies on chapter 4 it will blow my mind

I was just thinking that if Minyoung is a constant in Cheol's life maybe that Jaehee is one too. Stalkers are not that "reasonable" so if he was not cleanly dealt with in university maybe he is, like Minyoung, still around somewhere after Cheol's divorce?
