Idk, basically the story sustains itself with misunderstandings, they way they "fall in love" is your typical yaoi so not romantic at all.
I thought 3rd season would shown more of a growth in their relationship but it's just the same old~
I'd say it's your average yaoi, the sex is nice though but I'll drop it, but you might like it if you're into misunderstandings and predictable plots, give it a try it's not as long as it seems

Imo yea. An interesting portrayal of mental health and how serious it can be when left untreated. Somehow got a love triangle mixed into all of that, and in a pretty nice way.
