I have a question, reji has alot of grandkids and children, but why is yoshino the only one living with him? Is it because her parents are both dead. And why is he not so close with his kids other than yoshino dad
I won't say he was close to his son, in my opinion. But as far as Yoshino goes, Reji is her guardian. Typically when it goes to custody it goes to the grandparents. So that's why she was living with him. ( or he just claimed custody) I believe it was explained in an earlier chapter.

Maybe it didn't fully explain why he took her in, but says in a extra bit in one of the chapters (im not going to link it, because i don't want to search for it again) that she lived with her cousin and he wasn't her caretaker for about 2 years.
