It’s been said that if you just aged a toddler up into an adult they would kill people in fits of rage because they don’t know any better and can’t control their emotions yet. I feel like he was made when this all started like a Frankenstein’s monster sorta deal and his “creator” only lived long enough to teach him the basics of what you need to survive and everything else is unnecessary and the “creator” probably died before he could teach him anything else so all he knows is kill or be killed. Just my theory.
