the character is Juza Hyodo from a mobile game called A3! I haven't played the game myself but it doesn't seem to have any themes of medieval-fantasy, quite a shame. It only looks to be an outfit change.

Yes it's from game called A3! A game about actors. The character named Hyodo Juza. He wore clothes for the middle-east themed event, I guess, since one of the company member is from the fictional middle-east country named Zahra. So yeah. It's just an outfit change
I was blind in not realizing Gozu resembles Juza, no wonder he's my favorite character in this series he looks like my favorite boy.
What about I tell you what I thought: Gozu is Juza with Banri personality?

This manga is getting better because it's getting more toxic lmao most of manga have healthy and dreamy relationship so this one is definitely a good reminder of the 'reality'
