okay so basically lu feng's mom, who is basically the head leader of the garden of eden was infected in the past by a bee xenogenetic. the reason she got infected was because lu feng gifted her roses because lu feng's father used to do it. her infection stayed dormant until later. the scene where she turns into the bee was after an zhe took back his spore and hid in the garden. lily caught him, and madam lu helped bring him to this dome where a bunch of flowers lay. there, madam lu goes on a tangent about everything and asks lily if 'she wants to fly'. lily's always wanted to fly and agrees. madam lu turns into a queen bee, lily becomes a smaller bee and they fly away together by breaking out of the glass dome. madam lu eventually turns back to infect the workers running up to see what was going on because the alarm sounded. i can explain more if u want but that's the general gist.
