The part were Beryl seems to have move on was kind of shortened, but if you think about it, 6 mos after, that’s the time it took him to touch his previous mates’ personal stuff, another year passed due to studying and stuff. Being in an aristocrat household, as we’ve seen in their parents and extended family, it plays a huge part, that they can’t wallow too much on being lonely and such, as they don’t have that kind of freedom. By now, everyone should already understood, not because the parents life are doing great, but because they did a lot to get to where they are now. Hugo’s got a one track mind as explained (like Juda being obsessed on just one person)l but Shaia seems to be more like Daath, he’s gonna sacrifice himself for his family as long as that old Toneria is still alive plotting for the betterment of the beast people genes. Hoping Juda and Daath, finds out about it, so Shaia could breath. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
