Dan was gonna forgive him anyway, they were gonna be together but maybe not so rushed, only consolation is we know he has got no tact so it adds to his character Ig lol maybe he will learn and be more better onwards. For me, I feel for his kid self who only had his mum as soft side, who he was close with and separated, grew up as he did, but bullying weak is still not acceptable despite all that, hated it.

Rightt?? oml, wht I've been feeling too. I think it was the long hiatus the artist took which kind of ruined the flow of reading and some moments just felt so sudden, idk how to explain but it feels hollow? like smth is missing.
Exactly, the flow just felt off although all those chat by ocean and him chasing Dan to village was possibly meant to be kinda like chasing arc? idk but it still felt disjointed and lack of build up and looked more OOC at the end
