There was a manga i read a Very long time ago, but I can't remember what the name is and it's been bothering me for a while now.
From what i remember, it was about where the most vicious and dangerous villains would be sent off to an island away from civilization and there were two characters that happened to meet on the island? they fought constantly, probably saw each other as rivals?
Thats all I can remember lol i didn't really get that far into the manga itself.
