I think this manga its not completed.....its about two president concil from different school that dont like each other and one of them its a werecat or werewolf. I just remember that this werewolf or werecat shows up at the room of the other president concil but at the next day he cant remember anything. After some events they became a couple and such but the family of this werecat its totally against their relationship untill the point of locking him up into a cage.
