Go to gym or hang out with people you love more! I know it sounds cheesy but at the end of the day it's so much better for you physically and mentally. I personally try to see them at least once a week and I try to gym daily :) And if you can't afford memberships just daily walks listening to music is good! 1 reply

With my family being heavily religious/ strict seeing something so "immoral" just flipped a switch in my head and I haven't dropped it since.
