If I am one of the character and my character was a adult I willingly give my bone marrow to Zhishu so that he can spent his life to the person he love idc if he choose Jiang or Dr. Ai. I know in the end of the day they will be in such a pain and unacceptable love but i just want him to leave like a natural and didn't have ill.Love between two men was hard but I know they'll be happy to what path they choose.
Tbh I feel pain for Jiang yes I hate him but I know from the bottom of his heart he really loved Zhishu and ik if he know earlier that Zhi was ill and needed to have a chemotherapy treatment he will be good and treat Zhi so much and also did the same thing like what Dr. Ai did to Zhi.
For Dr. Ai I know how painful he had when he even held Zhi for the last time if feel like dying like idk he did everything to make zhi happy and did what Jiang can't even give to him like having a pet that Zhi wanted for so long but I know that even that he lost zhi I wish that he can find someone the same as Zhi.
