Ok so I read this one a long time ago and I can't find it :( it featured a delinquent and a hall monitor/ student council member and in the beginning they hated each other. The student council dude had glasses and one day 2 girls suggest that he should confess to the delinquent as a prank so that he would stop bothering him. But the delinquent was actually in love so he said yes and they started dating until the delinquent found out it was a prank.
