1そつ Not completely sure but I think it's a sound where Fenrir moved closer to Noel
2 ファサ Elle's tail going fluff fluff like you see in poodles after a bath grooming session. They look so fluffy after a professional dries their fur.
3ケロッ I think you confused this with ゲロ (gero) in ゲロゲロ which is the frog croaking sound.
I am assuming it came from "kero-tto shite iru" it's meaning is kinda hard to explain. Closest is unaware or already forgotten what happened (to him/her-self) For example, a toddler happily playing, trips and falls and we see it's a typical one where the toddler will definitely cry in pain. But the toddler just gets up and be on his way continuing to happily play. The todder was "kerotto shite ita". Toddler was so busy happily playing he "didn't realize" the pain from the fall. Sorry, this the best I could come up with..

I think it's a status where she's unaware of her magic drained on her body and she's (naively) confused at what Elle asked. She didn't realized she just gave away an enormous amount magic, according to Elle and Glare's understanding, which would normally backlash in extreme fatigue, etc but she didn't feel a thing afterwards thus why she's confused why Elle asked if it was alright. Absolutely no clue of how this would translate as. Maybe a question mark but that would only protray her confusion and not her status.

Thank you so much for your hard work. I just realized how difficult it is to translate background suffixes. Normally I would pay little attention or ignore them but still understand them or at least the gist of it but finding the equivalent English in limit words...too frustrating.

I think it's easier to understand as "(Already) On Standby Course". It's difficult to explain. Even though it's literally "Finished Standby", it doesn't mean finished being on standby, but finished the 'action' to be on standby thus he's on standby mode. Hope this makes sense.
