1- Bada is a normal player. Like when in some games you can add another player later in the gameplay, the character of Bada is exactly that. So he just came later in the game after Seongchan took everyone's tape out. Which is how for a while he was the only person playing the game. So he can get out of the game with everyone else when they do the ritual thing. This doesn't really explain why the NPC said he was different but it's one of my theories.

2- Bada is from a previous gameplay and he was a sacrifice. Everyone in his group got out but him, so he became a guide NPC. But my theory is that if he helps the group sacrifice someone and they get out, he's going to become the killer in the next game. And the person who was sacrificed will become the new guide for the next team, and that's how the game been working. So they just need to all get out together, like they want.

There are so many possibilities in this webtoon honestly. I'm grasping at anything I can to believe Bada is going to get out with Doha this story is the best.
