Do you remember if the MC was reincarnated or transmigrated into this world (i.e. some way or somehow some god magically decides to teleport this guy to another world)? This is my first and favorite shonnen ai / yaoi manga. The ending always gets to me. But beware, of the first chapter, skip it if you must. A lot of people drop it because of it.
