They did say it in chapter 24. Blue eyed seme got first place. Uke is angry at him because he lied to him needing his help with studying which resulted in his own grades plumeting because he couldn't study properly and was distracted and now he might loose scholarship( he is 12th, needs to be in top 3 to keep scholarship). Blonde psycho got second place.
