It's about a guy who could beat everything and do anything in 3 hours and he makes this video game that was a dating sim for his brothers company... Later he has to play it and falls in love w/ one of the characters that he found in the game who want to see the ocean or sea or something...

Hey, I'm having problems remembering the title of this manga. I remember the cover used a lot of pastel colors, with one guy who had dark hair and another with light hair. If I believe it starts off with a chapter where one of the guys asks the other out, but he sticks his middle finger up and says something along the lines of "drop dead". There was also an April fools chapter where the scanlators took chapter 1 and inserted different dialogue into the text boxes.
