Why does everyone hate Min-Hyuk? I really don't understand all the hate he gets... And I'm not saying this because he has a cute face and he's pretty: he's my favourite character, but I usually go with the character that stands out with his mindset and personality. I think he's a good written character and he has a decent back-story, and he didn't even do a lot of bad things... so why? I don't dislike any of the main characters, but, in my opinion, Tae-Sung should be getting way more hate than Min-Hyuk. Or did I misread/left behind some chapters or information that could lead me to hate him, too? Let me be clear: I absolutely know that he raped Soo-Young and I do not forgive it neither do I excuse him because of his hard past or whatever. I'm just saying that, again, in MY opinion, Tae-Sung did hurt Soo-Young a lot and was way worse to him, becoming almost his trauma. If you guys are excusing him because he's now overprotective and lovely, you shouldn't be so hard on Min-Hyuk either, since he treated Soo-Young gently most of the time. Do not forgive, just be coherent...
minhyuk has said in this pov that sex is nothing to him in the later chapters after their drink but that does not mean he can do that with our poor sooyoung who is intoxicated with alcohol. sure his misdeeds does not outweight taesung's but a wrong act is still wrong which was called out by the others. even after this, we may have something in common as readers, which is the recovery and joy for sooyoung--still at chapter 72 so i just don't know it yet.
