I will be far from accurate since I only saw the pictures and cant read raw. Ill only tell you what I specifically saw. Feel free to infer.
Basically the alpha raped him repeatedly.
MC was all “blushy” and shy for a while.
Alpha was showing a little bit of blush too.
Days later MC saw alpha kissing some girl. Alpha ran after the running away MC. Alpha caught him and raped again. MC slapped alpha after and left.
MC was being cold toward alpha at work. MC threw away a box (i am assuming gift from alpha) and gave alpha a cheque with the memo being “sex”.
