Luigi died because he figured it was the best way out of a sticky situation. He was being constantly barraged by enemies. If he focused on fighting them, then he could not protect Jay. That's why he agreed to die to clean up the mess in exchange for making sure Jay stayed safe. You could say that he sacrificed himself to protect her.

In chapter 14 Takaya kiss Yuki and he said he doesn't have any business with Yuki but only because he want the "other" Yuki.... In chapter 15 the "other" Yuki try to kill all of Yuki friends and when before she return to normal the "other" Yuki said that if she contnued to sleep than she wouldn't have to get hurt more than she already is... Soooooooo wtf? Takaya you big fucking jerk! I hate you! ( ps: sorry for all the Yuki XD)

I didn't read on once he died... that was truly injustice in the story world. a depressing meaningless plot to kill off one of the key players in the plot. The appeal of the story just disappeared. I was reading this manga because I hoped that he'd have a good end. He was suffering the injustice of a society, romance etc etc when he's just a soft cinnamon roll. T_T Life is too cruel! Not even giving him a second chance to get back up.
