I think when they talked about Misumi betraying Yashiro they meant like how despite him knowing Hirata's intentions he did nothing to protect Yashiro, more like his hands were tied though I don't fully understand why the hell... maybe it'll be more clear to us the next chapters. That confused me too, so I thought maybe they were talking about Hirata? Misumi betrayed Hirata (the "father" betraying the "son") by deciding to make Yashiro (only "second-in-line") move forward and not him. Hirata was spying Misumi and learnt from the conversation Misumi and Yashiro had that he was going to take Yashiro with him and that's why Hirata decided to kill him...or maybe not D: We'll understand eventually...or maybe not D: Right now I'm becoming impatient so I'm like "whatever, as long as Doumeki/Yashiro's relationship is brought forward" xD What a bad person I am, forgive me sensei ;O;/
